I'm into me second week of being a year 2 student, and this is my conclusion for one of my subjects, Food Ingredients:
it. is. SUCKING. my. blood.
Ok, seriously. We have to do these tutorial that's just so troublesome. Getting citations and all that. Worse is all those bulking agents and acidulants.
Really, what the hell is that?! I'm just so confused about what to do and what is considered reliable on the internet.
I came across this web talking about the list of leavening agents, and there were all this:
"God tells us we are to put leavening agents... blah blah... and keep it out for seven days."
Ok, with all respect, I don't care. I'm looking for actual facts where I can show scientific prove to pass this assignment.
I can't just state something like, "Cream of tartar is not a leavening agent." I need prove. Justifications.
I can't bring myself to type this on my report: (Exodus 12:15-17).
I really don't wanna fail this assignment. It is worth 5%!!!
I better stop procrastinating and continue it. Wish me luck? (: I dreamt of you today. I can't help but try to remember what happened in that dream with you.
