I'm into me second week of being a year 2 student, and this is my conclusion for one of my subjects, Food Ingredients:

it. is. SUCKING. my. blood.

Ok, seriously. We have to do these tutorial that's just so troublesome. Getting citations and all that. Worse is all those bulking agents and acidulants.

Really, what the hell is that?! I'm just so confused about what to do and what is considered reliable on the internet.

I came across this web talking about the list of leavening agents, and there were all this:

"God tells us we are to put leavening agents... blah blah... and keep it out for seven days."

Ok, with all respect, I don't care. I'm looking for actual facts where I can show scientific prove to pass this assignment.

I can't just state something like, "Cream of tartar is not a leavening agent."
I need prove. Justifications.

I can't bring myself to type this on my report: (Exodus 12:15-17).

I really don't wanna fail this assignment. It is worth 5%!!!

I better stop procrastinating and continue it. Wish me luck? (:

I was thinking, maybe I should upload a photo every once in a while. So there you go! A photo of Jolene and I! *Big grin*

Well, I'm still in holiday-mode, even though the term has started. I haven't even cleared my room fiilled with last sem's stuff. I'm gonna clear all of my notes later though! ^^

Lectrues and tutorials have been pretty much ok. CCA drive was quite ok, I guess? I have no idea what to comment about it. Really.

I shouldn't bother too much. My mind is pretty much occupied with random stuff; I can't really think straight.

And I haven't been really chatting much with my classmates. I'm feeling kinda gulity. Or maybe 'gulity' isn't the right word. I think it's 'miss'.

I miss my classmates.

Wow, that's something new for me.

Sunday was terrible. Just because of one simple reason.

I was SICK.

Ok, I really hate being sick. A slight sore throat and I get a fever of 37.9°C and headaches the next day.

And I have full intention of taking my Typhoid Jab asap.

Thus, I ate nothing but porrigde, and drank nothing but warm water and barley. And most importantly, I took tons of rest.

By monday, I was feeling much better. Look at me now! I'm blogging! =DD

So, it's cheers to no panadol or whatever pills.

But I did take Liang Cha as my Mum pretty much forced me to. It's freakin' bitter, but I'm sure it's good if it contributed to my wellness now. (:

But I am still on the road to full recovery. At least my fever and headaches are gone, and my throat ain't that sore anymore.
I need more water though!!!

It's been pretty busy for the last 2 weeks.

Having school reopened earlier was ok, I guess? But it's more like working than schooling for these 2 weeks.

It's everyday from 9am to 5pm. We get to go for our lunch break once we're done, then we return to the kitchen (read: office) and continue our work.
This means that each group goes for lunch at a different time, depending on how fast they finish their work.

And the pay for this 'job' is knowlegde. I'm somewhat glad that school reopened early; I feel like I've learnt a lot during this period of time. (:

Well, normal classes resumes on this Monday. I've taken a look at my timetable, and my Mondays and Wednesdays and full Lab sessions.
It's screwed. My practical test is fuckin' screwed. =(((((((
Wednesdays will soon suck for me. Very soon. =((
(8am to 5pm Practical! I may just die because I can't wake up!)

And my CDS is Fundementals of Management. Hopefully I'll enjoy somehow. Sad part is that the class is all the way in ENG school. =(((

Oh wells. I'll live with this somehow.

On Saturday, it was quite a busy day for me!

I went to meet SKY @ Sentosa! =DD
But I was supposed to meet YunTing at 1pm, but I was really late!!! Sorry Sweetie!

I arrived with Eugene and we made our way to Sentosa via Monorail!

Okies, nothing much happened there because the other peeps (HuanLi, Shawn, Maks, Cheeks, Keith, Justin, and Zong Zhe) were there and playing with the Frisbee. And I was dress in Jeans for a concert @ SengKang.

But hell with that. They just had fun and and I sat there watching them play. :P
Did you know? When i was there, everyone seems like strangers to me. Keith, Zong Zhe, Shawn, Cheeks and Justin.
It's been really long since I've seen them, so it's good to see that everyone's fine!!!
I didn't even talk to Cheeks and Keith! But Keith's hair really looks kinda retarded.
Then Pammy joined us later on! It's been really long since I've last seen her, so we chatted for sometime...
I'm really glad HuanLi, Pam and Eugene were there. Otherwise I'll feel like I'm just wasting time there.
A short while later I had to leave for the concert! =((

We should really get more time to chat! I didn't get to talk much to HuanLi either!

At SengKang, I met up with Sharon, Yanning, Jordon and ZiHao! Turns out that only the 5 of us are going for the concert! Oh wells.

After dinner we went to watch that SCO performance!
Blardy hell, the place was open-spaced. Like some carnival was going on. Not a performance.
Although the performance was alright, the audience was quite terrible! =((
Everyone just wouldn't shut up when they were playing. It's kinda like a pet peeve of mine.
And those stupid insect kept flying into my face! I swear some stupid fly just kept flying to my lip!
I can't stand it when people just talk when there's a movie or performance going on. Damn irritating.
And worst thing is, there was no need for me to go for it! I could have just stayed with SKY and chatted with them!! =((
Well, I went home after that. SengKang was just too foreign for me. Haha!
And you weren't there to make it worthwhile. =( Since when have I became used to your presence?
As for today, it's the Post-Concert Celebration! BBQ is gonna be held at Mr. Cheng's place! And I have loadsa things to do! I'll blog about it another time!!! =DD It sucks to be weak in your absence.
