Man, yesterday was good... I managed to get 2 books off my hands... :D Must learn to like City Hall, As that's where I went yesterday.
Today, I went to Pasir Ris with Kai En to do our job. Oh, and ever since my ez-link charged me by adult rate, I've VERY little money. It's real ex. can. I have to spend over $1 to get from EW3 to EW12.
Anyway, we 'pitched' until we got stuck. I was stuck with 4 or 5 cards left. Kai En wasn't doing any better, she only got 11 cards off her hands then.
In desperation, we move to Simei. Shhh... Don let anyone know. I don't think it is allowed to move to different place.
After reaching Simei, I only just managed to get rid of the remaining cards. Kai En didn't like it either. The people there are 'poor'.
And there was this uncle who just came out of the 4D place, and with a number of large notes on his hands. Thus, I went to him and did the usual: "Hi Uncle! I'm representing..." thing.
And you know what he said?
Sorry, NO MONEY.
Right, then how do you explain that $50 dollars and those $10 dollar notes in your hand right then?
Please, THINK of a better excuse...
Oh, and there was the Whacked-up-and-irritating people from 'Home' yesterday at City Hall. They are kinda like our 'competitors'.
And I don't like them. Their attitude is very... arrogant.
Well, I'm very tired. I was able to return home early due to the fact that today was 'HUMP' day.
